These Terms of Use apply to all users ("you") accessing Lingocept® services, including website features, learning materials, trial lessons, instructor sessions, and account tools.

By using our platform, you accept these conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must immediately discontinue use.

Account & Access

Requirements

  • You may only create and use an account if legally capable under your jurisdiction
  • Users under 16 require parental consent

Prohibitions

  • Sharing accounts or selling access
  • Impersonating other users
  • Using false identity information
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

You may use the platform and services solely for personal educational purposes in accordance with:

  • Lingocept® AGB (Terms and Conditions)
  • Licensing Terms
  • Instructor agreements (where applicable)

Restricted Activities

You may not:

  • Reproduce, publish, resell, or share course content
  • Use the platform for commercial teaching
  • Conduct group sessions without authorization
  • Record lessons or communications without permission
  • Use automation, bots, or scraping tools
  • Reverse engineer or sublicense Lingocept® content

Trial Lessons

Trial Policy

  • One trial lesson per instructor
  • Designed for initial assessment only
  • Does not include full method access

Limitations

  • No reusable course materials
  • No teaching templates provided
  • Not eligible for refunds

Platform Limitations

Service Availability

Lingocept® strives for 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability may be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance windows
  • Technical infrastructure issues
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Force majeure events

Results Disclaimer

While our proprietary methodology is designed to support significant language improvement, Lingocept® does not guarantee specific outcomes or fluency levels. Results vary based on:

  • Individual practice consistency
  • Prior language knowledge
  • Native language influence
  • Learning style adaptation

Termination

Violation of these terms may result in:
